Botox & Facial Fillers Specialist (8-Hour Seminar)
This course provides the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience required to confidently and safely perform Botox injections.
Designed for beginners, the course focuses on the core principles of facial aesthetics, beginning with a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and progressing to the fundamentals of Botox injection techniques. Through expert-led lectures, live demonstrations, and structured hands-on training, students will gain a strong understanding of approved techniques, safety protocols, and patient care standards necessary for successful aesthetic treatments.
Following the completion of the eight (8) hour training seminar, students will be able to properly assess, diagnose, and safely inject:
Botulinum Toxin for the treatment of:
• Frown lines
• Glabellar lines
• Crow’s feet
• Bunny lines
Dermal Fillers for the treatment of:
• Nasolabial folds
• Lips
The seminar includes all training materials, model forms, sample products, and supplies used during training, testing, and certification.
For the hands-on portion of the course, students are required to provide a model
(additional details will be provided at the time of enrollment).
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will gain knowledge and competency in:
1. History of Botox and Dysport
2. Neutralizing antibodies and immunogenicity
3. Mechanism of action and clinical efficacy
4. Proper dilution techniques
5. Facial anatomy relevant to Botox and fillers
6. Aesthetic evaluation and patient consultation
7. Injection techniques and clinical protocols
8. Risks, adverse events, and complication management
9. Regulatory and legal considerations
10. Pricing, practice considerations, and marketing fundamentals
Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold an active license as one of the following:
• Physician (MD / DO)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Applicants who do not hold medical licensure may enroll only if they practice under the
direct supervision of a licensed physician.
