Course Description


This course provides the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience required to confidently and safely perform dermal filler injections.


Designed specifically for beginners, this course focuses on the core principles of facial aesthetics, starting with an essential understanding of facial anatomy and progressing to the fundamentals of dermal filler injection techniques. Through expert-led lectures, live demonstrations, and structured hands-on training, students will gain a strong understanding of approved filler products, safety protocols, and patient assessment standards necessary for successful aesthetic outcomes.


Following the completion of the eight (8) hour training seminar, students will be able to properly assess, plan, and safely inject dermal fillers for beginner-level aesthetic indications.


Areas of Treatment Covered


Dermal Fillers for the treatment of:

• Lips (augmentation and contouring)

• Nasolabial folds

• Basic cheek enhancement (introductory level)


The seminar includes all training materials, model forms, sample products, and supplies used during training, testing, and certification.


For the hands-on portion of the course, students are required to provide a model

(additional details will be provided at the time of enrollment).

Upon completion of this course, students will gain knowledge and competency in:

1. Introduction to dermal fillers and product types

2. Facial anatomy relevant to dermal filler injections

3. Indications and contraindications for filler treatments

4. Product selection and rheology basics

5. Facial assessment and aesthetic treatment planning

6. Injection techniques and beginner clinical protocols

7. Risks, adverse events, and complication prevention

8. Emergency recognition and safety protocols

9. Regulatory, legal, and ethical considerations

10. Pricing, practice considerations, and patient communication basics


Admission Requirements


Applicants must hold an active license as one of the following:

• Physician (MD / DO)

• Physician Assistant (PA)

• Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


Applicants who do not hold medical licensure may enroll only if they practice under the direct supervision of a licensed physician.


Medical Supervision


Documented medical supervision is available through the Academy for eligible students, in full compliance with applicable state laws and regulations.


Tuition & Fees

• Total Tuition: $1,500

• Deposit: $500 (payable at enrollment)

• Balance: Due prior to course completion


Tuition includes all course materials and a Certificate of Completion
