Course Description

This advanced dermal filler training course is designed for licensed medical professionals who have completed Beginner-level dermal filler training and are ready to elevate their clinical skills to an advanced professional level.

Following the completion of this intensive eight (8) hour seminar, participants will gain advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in the use of dermal fillers for both upper and lower facial treatments. The course emphasizes advanced aesthetic assessment, appropriate product selection, precise injection techniques, and complication management.

This course is delivered in a hybrid format, combining advanced theoretical education with supervised hands-on clinical training.

Advanced Skills to Be Mastered

Upon completion of this course, students will demonstrate competency in:

1. Advanced understanding of dermal filler types and rheological properties

2. Comprehensive facial assessment and advanced treatment planning

3. Appropriate product selection for each facial region

4. Advanced injection techniques using needles and cannulas

5. Upper vs. lower face treatment strategies

6. Risk assessment, complication prevention, and management

7. Patient safety, clinical documentation, and professional decision-making

Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a Beginner Dermal Filler Training Course

• Hold an active license as one of the following:

• Physician (MD / DO)

• Physician Assistant (PA)

• Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Applicants without independent medical licensure may enroll only if practicing under the direct supervision of a licensed physician, in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.

Medical Supervision

Documented medical supervision is available through the Academy for eligible students, in full compliance with applicable state laws and regulations.
